Evan Kagan, Esq.
Evan Kagan is the Managing Partner at Capitol Legal LLP, and practices in both Washington, D.C., and Florida. Mr. Kagan has extensive experience representing individuals in civil and commercial matters including a variety of consumer protection matters, tort claims, and other actions in state and federal courts.
Mr. Kagan graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Economics and began his legal career by earning his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. After the horrific attacks our country endured on September 11, 2001, Mr. Kagan chose to enlist in the U.S. Army where he served honorably as an Air Defense officer.
Mr. Kagan currently represents clients throughout the United States in Americans with Disability litigation and zealously advocates for individuals who have been wronged by manufacturers of dangerous and defective drugs and products. Mr. Kagan previously founded a large consumer debt defense firm, which settled and defended consumer credit card debts against card issuing banks and debt collection companies. He built this firm into a nationwide company with more than 100 attorneys across the United States, and also founded a real estate brokerage firm consisting of approximately 100 agents, a title agency, and a law firm.
