Nick Nash is an Attorney and the Operations Administrator at Capitol Legal LLP. He has experience assisting both Plaintiffs and Defendants in civil and commercial matters including a variety of business litigation, tort matters, and other actions in state and federal courts.
Mr. Nash currently represents clients in ongoing mass tort litigation. Mr. Nash received a B.A. in Economics and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University in 2012 and began his career by earning his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2015.
At Capitol Legal LLP, Mr. Nash zealously advocates for individuals who have been wronged by manufacturers of dangerous and defective drugs and products. His driving principle is a committment to vociferously advocating for accountability and helping people harmed by the negligence and wrongdoing of others pursue justice. Mr. Nash is active in the community and has assisted in various pro bono legal matters through Dade Legal Aid and worked on community engagement initiatives through the ICE Foundation. Mr. Nash also serves as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem for Florida’s 11th Judicial Circuit.
